Developed 480kW super charging station for high-end vehicles requiring peak power 480kW, supporting 800V high-voltage platform, charging 5 minutes for 200km range.

Solution

Adopted modular design with each module 60kW, total 8 modules in parallel. Power modules adopted SKM200GB12T4 with liquid cooling. Rectifier cabinet separated from charging terminal design supporting multi-vehicle simultaneous charging.
