Developed solar+storage integrated inverter requiring bidirectional power flow, charge/discharge efficiency both >97%, and limited volume.

Solution

Adopted SKM100GB12T4 to build bidirectional DC-AC converter with bidirectional DC-DC converter for battery interface. Adopted high-frequency design to reduce magnetic component volume.
